添加不同含量的合金元素锑到新型热作模具钢5Cr Ni Mo Sr中进行合金化,并利用OM、SEM、摩擦磨损试验机和电阻炉等进行了显微组织、耐磨损性、耐高温腐蚀性和热疲劳性的分析。结果表明,在新型热作模具钢5Cr Ni Mo Sr中添加合金元素锑,有利于细化模具钢的显微组织,提高模具钢的耐磨损性、耐高温腐蚀性和热疲劳性。该模具钢中锑的含量不宜过多,优选含量为0.6wt%。
