The well-known economist of the Korean Institute of Economic Research, Kong Yongji, proposed the following seven conditions for enterprises in the 21st century as follows: First, constantly adjusting business areas In business operations, there will be no more important work in the future than adjusting business areas. In terms of the rise and fall of foreign companies, the choice of which business areas and when they change business areas will play a significant role in the development of the company. Every company should always pay attention to where the life cycle of its main business area has been and adjust it in time. Second, to make the succession system a system The owner’s operating system is gradually out of date, but at least it still lasts for a generation. The role of the leader in the enterprise is extremely important, so the entrepreneur must be especially cautious when he delegates the right of management to the successor. This is a major issue that will affect the future success of the company. Enterprises should give full play to their supervisory functions in order to make up for their shortcomings. Therefore, the training of talented successors and the systematization of supervisory functions is of crucial importance to the company.
