目的:观察脑性瘫痪的异常脑电图特点,为脑瘫的早期诊断及治疗提供依据。方法:分析用ND-8292型脑电图机,按国际10-20系统安放FplFp2,F3F4,T3T4,C3C4,O1O2,Cz头皮电极所描记的204例脑瘫异常脑电图。结果:轻度异常68例(33.3%),中度异常82(40.2%),高度异常16例(7.9%),局灶性异常38例(18.6%)。结论:脑性瘫痪异常脑电图特点①以弥漫性改变为主,少见单纯局灶性改变,②低电压驼峰波,睡眠纺锤波,低电压节律失调及驼峰波,睡眠纺锤波缺如,脑瘫的异常改变与病因病情及智能障碍有明显关系。
Objective: To observe the abnormal EEG features of cerebral palsy and provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 204 cases of cerebral palsy anomalies (EEG) were described by using ND-8292 electroencephalograph and FplFp2, F3F4, T3T4, C3C4, O1O2 and Cz scalp electrodes in international 10-20 system. Results: Mild abnormalities in 68 cases (33.3%), moderate abnormalities in 82 (40.2%), abnormalities in 16 cases (7.9%) and focal abnormalities in 38 cases (18.6%). Conclusion: The features of abnormal EEG in cerebral palsy ① mainly diffuse changes, rare focal changes, ② low voltage hump waves, sleep spindles, low voltage rhythm disorders and hump waves, lack of sleep spindles, cerebral palsy The abnormal changes and etiology and disease and mental disorders have a clear relationship.
