一、临床资料本组30例,男18例,女12例,共38颗智齿,其中26颗多次反复发炎,6颗出现牙龈脓肿,5颗有颌下淋巴结发炎。38颗均表现为肿痛,咀嚼时加重,重者患侧面部肿胀,压痛伴有发热。二、治疗方法在选用抗菌药物治疗的同时,局部做以下处理。1、用0.1%碘酊消毒牙冠表面;2、取5ml注射器接8号长针头,吸入3%过氧化氢溶液,插入智齿冠面与牙龈间快速推进(避免刺破牙龈)反复2～4次,待其内异物全部浮现后即可;3、每天两次;4、反复发作者,若智齿无畸形切除覆盖的牙龈。
