组成黄芩(酒炒)15g,黄连(酒炒)15g,陈皮6g,甘草6g,僵蚕2g,玄参6g,柴胡6g,升麻2g,马勃3g,薄荷3g,牛蒡子3g,桔梗6g,连翘3g,板蓝根3g。功效清热解毒,疏风散邪。主治大头瘟。症见恶寒发热,头面红肿热痛,目不能开,咽喉不利,舌燥口渴,舌红苔黄,脉数有力。用法将上药水煎2次后合并药液,分2～3次口服,1剂/日。方解本方原书主治“大头天行”即大头瘟,是由于风热疫毒之气,壅于上焦,攻冲头面所致。本病大流行时,据称蔓延广泛,故又俗称“大头天行”。治宜疏散清解风热疫毒。方以酒炒黄
