我国是世界蔬菜生产大国,蔬菜及其制品生产成本远低于国际水平,具有较强的价格竞争力,出口数量逐年增加。但面对日益激烈的竞争态势,要想实现蔬菜的进一步增值,只有对蔬菜的产品结构、产销组织进行优化重组,大力发展蔬菜产品的精深加工,促进包装、保鲜、冷藏技术的提高,发挥我国蔬菜产业的优势,进一步扩大出口,才能使我国蔬菜市场和国际市场全面接轨。
China is a big vegetable producing country in the world. The production cost of vegetables and its products is much lower than the international level, with strong price competitiveness and the export volume has been increasing year by year. However, in the face of increasingly fierce competition, if we want to realize the further value-added of vegetables, we should optimize and reorganize the product structure and marketing organization of vegetables, develop the intensive processing of vegetable products and promote the improvement of packaging, preservation and refrigeration technologies, The advantages of vegetable industry to further expand exports in order to make China’s vegetable market and the international market fully integrated.
