目的研究砖茶和绿茶中稀土含量以及饮茶地区居民饮茶摄入的稀土暴露水平。方法用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定砖茶和绿茶中稀土含量,采用点评估方法计算暴露水平。结果砖茶中稀土含量为4.09~8.01 mg/kg,绿茶中稀土含量为0.53~1.42 mg/kg,砖茶中稀土含量远高于绿茶。鄂东南地区砖茶和绿茶中稀土元素主要为Ce、La、Nd、Y和Sc 5种,在砖茶和绿茶中这5种稀土元素含量之和占稀土总量的比例分别为82.60%(4.51/5.46)和88.12%(0.89/1.01)。结论饮用绿茶的稀土平均暴露量和最大暴露量分别为0.05和0.17μg/kg BW,饮用砖茶的稀土平均暴露量和最大暴露量分别为0.27和0.91μg/kg BW,均小于目前提出的稀土每日允许摄入量(ADI)值。
Objective To study the rare earth content of brick tea and green tea and the exposure of residents to drinking tea in tea drinking areas. Methods The content of rare earth in brick tea and green tea was determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the exposure level was calculated by point assessment. Results The content of rare earth in brick tea was 4.09-8.01 mg / kg, and the content of rare earth in green tea was 0.53-1.42 mg / kg. The content of rare earth in brick tea was much higher than that of green tea. The rare earth elements in brick tea and green tea in southeastern Hubei Province are mainly Ce, La, Nd, Y and Sc. The proportions of these five rare earth elements in brick tea and green tea accounted for 82.60% (4.51 / 5.46 ) And 88.12% (0.89 / 1.01). Conclusion The average and maximum exposures of rare earths to drinking green tea were 0.05 and 0.17μg / kg BW respectively. The average and maximum exposures of rare earths to drinking brick tea were 0.27 and 0.91μg / kg BW, respectively, which were less than those of the proposed rare earths Daily Allowance (ADI) value.
