目的建立补血颗粒中黄芪甲苷的测定方法。方法应用超声提取和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)检测,采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器检测参数:漂移管温度100.6℃,氮气流量2.7 L/min。结果黄芪甲苷在2.0~12.2μg时,其线性关系良好(r=0.999 4);平均加样回收率为96.01%(RSD为1.34%)。结论该方法快速简便、精密度好、灵敏度高,可用于补血胶囊中黄芪甲苷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of astragaloside IV in Buxue Granules. Methods Ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC-ELSD) were used to detect Hypersil ODS columns (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); column temperature 30°C; mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (35 : 65); Volume flow: 1.0 mL/min; evaporative light scattering detector detection parameters: drift tube temperature 100.6 °C, nitrogen flow 2.7 L/min. The results showed that the linear relationship between astragaloside IV and 2.0~12.2μg was good (r=0.999 4); the average recovery was 96.01% (RSD was 1.34%). Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of astragaloside IV in BX capsules.
