随着信息技术教学的普及,小学阶段学习电脑的学生之间的差异也已经越来越大,如何应对这种差异,面向全体学生,促进学生的全面发展,各个老师都进行了积极的探索。美国教育家目标教学理论创始人布鲁姆认为,学生是具有独立人格、巨大潜能和个性差异的人,这为分层教学提供了理论依据,也说明了实施分层教学的必要性。目前来看,各种形式的分层次教学,成为解决这种差异、落实因材施教的最有效的方法。这就要求我们教师应从实际出发,实施有差异的分层、分组教学模式,这种模式有针对性地对待每一个层次的学生,给学生以自主的选择,主动的发挥的条件和机会,实现了尊重每一个学生的实际情况的一种现象。
With the popularization of information technology teaching, the differences among the students who study computers in elementary school have also been getting bigger and bigger.
