股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的治疗,目前有手术和保守治疗两大类,手术置换股骨头不仅创伤大费用高,还有几年后再置换之可能,给患者的心理和经济增加了很大负担;而保守治疗骨坏死逆转多不理想.笔者采用针刺、艾灸、中药结合的方法治愈股骨头缺血性坏死一例,现报告如下.
