1.本文报告在广州市××幼儿园十三个班共450名儿童蛲虫感染的调查结果,用棉拭漂浮法进行一次检查,阳性率达82.7%。2.在学龄前儿童中(3—6岁),蛲虫的感染率似有随年龄递增的趋势,本文曾加以讨论。3.男女两性儿童阳性率男性(94.7%)高于女性(89.16%)。4.对233例阴性儿童再连续检查二次,阳性率达92.3%,对检查次数与结果的关系,本文曾加以讨论。5.对417名儿童进行棉签抹拭双手检查,发现有蛲虫卵109名,阳性率26.14%。6.在幼儿园内检查各班儿童的席子、寝室、课室、饭堂地面以及椅、玩具等均发现有蛲虫卵的污染。7.在256例儿童晚间入睡后1小时左右进行在肛口检虫,产卵雌虫到肛门外活动具有规律性,在儿童晚上入睡后二小时左右虫数最最多,3—4小时逐步减少。5小时仅有个别逸出。8.根据调查结果,结合预防(卫生)治疗措施,采用国产甲苯咪唑对376例儿童进行驱虫,结合卫生措施后复查,阴转例数为342名,阴转率90.96%,疗效比较理想。

This article reports the results of a survey of 450 children with pinworm infection in thirteen classes of ×× kindergarten in Guangzhou City, with a cotton swab float test, with a positive rate of 82.7%. 2.
