骨髓基质细胞是一类起源于骨髓中支持结构的细胞,在适当的实验条件下能分化为神经细胞,为细胞移植以及中枢神经系统功能重建和神经再生提供了新的途径。目前体外诱导MSCs向神经细胞分化的方案主要有化学试剂单独诱导、生长因子单独诱导及化学试剂和生长因子联合诱导,其中两种诱导剂联合诱导的效果较好。MSCs向神经细胞分化的研究已取得了一些成果,但仍存在许多问题,如MSCs的鉴定、MSCs向神经细胞诱导分化模式和分子调控机制等。
Bone marrow stromal cells, a group of cells that originated in the supporting structure of the bone marrow, differentiate into nerve cells under appropriate experimental conditions, providing new avenues for cell transplantation and functional reconstruction and nerve regeneration of the central nervous system. The current programs of inducing MSCs to differentiate into neural cells mainly include chemical reagent alone, growth factor alone, and chemical reagent and growth factor, and the combination of two kinds of inducer is better. Some achievements have been made on the differentiation of MSCs to neural cells, but there are still many problems, such as the identification of MSCs, the differentiation pattern and the molecular regulation mechanism of MSCs to nerve cells.
