一、结构原理带表卡尺是将被测尺寸引起的尺框相对尺身的直线位移(即两测量爪间的相对移动的距离)通过固定在尺框上的齿轮机芯组对尺身齿条组的啮合传动和放大,转变为指针在刻度盘上的角位移,加上尺框前端的读数板指示尺身上的毫米整数,从而读出被测尺寸。图1为桂林量具刃具厂生产的带表卡尺结构图,该带表卡尺由以下几部分组成:1.双向单面啮合消除间隙的弹簧机构;2.缓冲防震机构;3.调零机构及读数机构等。读数原理见图
