目的:探讨甘肃省中医院实施的“中医大讲堂”健康知识讲座在中医医院健康教育中的作用。方法:对2014年4月~2015年4月来我院就诊的慢病患者,随机将460人分2组(参加健康知识讲座组与来参加健康知识讲座组)通过调查对健康知识知晓情况、遵医行为、患者满意度、医疗纠纷发生等情况进行对照研究。结果:参加组健康知识知晓率明显高于未参加组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);遵医行为良好、患者满意度增加、医疗纠纷发生率下降,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:“中医大讲堂”健康知识讲座作为中医医院健康教育的一种有效形式,适应社会发展和社区群众的需要,提高了群众对健康知识的认识,提升了人们的生活质量;通过健康讲座可以提高患者对医护人员的信任和依从性,提高遵医行为,主动配合治疗,促进康复,提高医疗质量,减少医疗纠纷的发生。
Objective: To explore the role of “Lecture on Traditional Chinese Medicine Lectures” held by Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the health education of Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods: From April 2014 to April 2015, 410 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 460 people (to participate in the health knowledge lecture group and to participate in the health knowledge lecture group) through the investigation of health knowledge, Follow the doctor’s behavior, patient satisfaction, medical disputes and other conditions to conduct a controlled study. Results: The awareness rate of health knowledge in participating group was significantly higher than that of non-participating group (P <0.05), good compliance was observed, patient satisfaction was increased, and the incidence of medical disputes was decreased. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant Statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion: As an effective form of health education in TCM hospitals, Lectures on Health Lectures of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) lectures can adapt to the needs of social development and community masses, raise people’s awareness of health knowledge and improve people’s quality of life. Through health Lectures can improve patients’ confidence and compliance with health care workers, improve compliance with medical practices, take the initiative to cooperate with treatment, promote rehabilitation, improve medical quality and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
