本文报道21例患者静脉注射心律平的电生理作用。心律平(2mg/kg)注射后基本窦性周期长度、赛房传导时间、窦房结恢复时间无明显改变;房室传导的文氏周长、房内传导时间、房间传导时间、A-H、H、H-V、V间期均较用药前延长;心房、心室和房室结的不应期无明显改变。2例旁道前传能力明显受抑;7例隐匿旁道患者中,2例逆传能力消失。15例室上速中用药后有6例可再诱发室上性心动过速。但心动过速周长增长,主要为A-H间期的增加。
This article reports the electrophysiological effects of intravenous injection of rhythm in 21 patients. The mean length of sinus cycle, ventricular conduction time and sinus node recovery time did not change significantly after atrial fibrillation (2mg / kg) injection; the ventricular circumference of atrioventricular conduction, conduction time in atrium, conduction time in atrium, AH, H , HV, V interval were longer than before treatment; atrial, ventricular and atrioventricular node refractory period without significant change. 2 cases of preoptic anterior transmission capacity was significantly suppressed; 7 cases of paravertebral occult patients, 2 cases of retrograde ability disappeared. Fifteen cases of supraventricular tachycardia after treatment with six cases can be re-induced supraventricular tachycardia. However, the perimeter of tachycardia increased, mainly for the A-H interval increased.
