苏州市人民政府令第114号《苏州市知名商标认定和保护办法》已经2010年2月10日市政府第36次常务会议讨论通过,现予发布。市长阎立二○一○年二月二十二日第一条为规范知名商标的认定、使用和管理,保护知名商标所有人、使用人和消费者的合法权益,提高商标的知名度和市场竞争力,促进经济发展,根据《中华人民共和国商标法》、《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》和有关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条苏州市知名商标(以下简称知名商标)的认定、使用、管理和保护,适用本办法。本办法所称知名商标,是指在本市行政区域内自然人、法人或者其他组织所有或独占使用的、享有较
