为探讨定性早搏(VPC)患儿心率变异性(HRV)的临床意义。应用HRV时域分析法,研究38例VPC患儿和11例正常儿童的心率变异特性。结果:器质性VPC患儿24hR-R间期标准差(SDNN)、HRV指数(HRVI)、每5min窦性R-R间距标准差的均值(SDNNIDX)、所有邻近窦性R-R间距长度差异均方的平方根(r-MSSD)明显低于正常儿童和功能性VPC儿童(P<0.01)。HRVI<30、SDNN<100ms、SDNNIDX<50ms、r-MSSD<45ms对诊断器质性VPC具有较高的特异性和敏感性。结果表明:器质性VPC患儿心脏自主神经功能减退,HRV对评价VPC的性质具有临床意义。
To investigate the clinical significance of heart rate variability (HRV) in children with premature beats (VPC). HRV time-domain analysis of 38 cases of VPC children and 11 normal children’s heart rate variability. Results: The standard deviation of 24hR-R interval (SDNN), HRV index (HRV), standard deviation of sinus RR interval every 5min (SDNNIDX), and the difference of length of all adjacent sinus R-R intervals The square root of square (r-MSSD) was significantly lower than that of normal children and functional VPC children (P <0.01). HRVI <30, SDNN <100ms, SDNNIDX <50ms, r-MSSD <45ms have high specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of organic VPC. The results showed that autonomic nerve dysfunction in patients with organic VPC and HRV had clinical significance in evaluating the properties of VPC.
