为探讨离子导入与局部注射复方灯盏花这两种进药途径对正畸牙移动及牙周组织改建的影响,本研究选择家兔26只,分成四组,分别采用离子导入、局部注射复方灯盏花及单纯生理盐水导入及注射的方法,观察各组动物牙移动的距离及其牙周组织的变化。结果显示:第14天时复方导入组牙移动距离为4.28±0.12;复方注射组为3.78±0.27;盐水导入组为3.34±20.46;盐水注射组为2.18±0.29。各组之间均有显著差别(方差分析p<0.01)。光镜对各组动物牙周组织切片观察表明二复方导入组较注射组有更明显的组织吸收性改建(压力侧)及修复性改建(张力侧)。两种进药途径导致的不同效果原因主要在于药物的存在形式、聚积浓度,作用时间等方面存在着差异。
In order to investigate the effects of ion implantation and compound injection of Dengzhan combined with two injection routes on orthodontic tooth movement and periodontal tissue remodeling, 26 rabbits were selected in this study and divided into four groups. Iontophoresis and local injection were used respectively. Flowers and simple saline injection and injection methods were used to observe the distances of tooth movement and changes in periodontal tissue in each group. The results showed that on the 14th day, the moving distance of the compound introduction group teeth was 4.28±0.12, that of the compound injection group was 3.78±0.27, that of the saline injection group was 3.34±20.46, and that of the saline injection group was 2. .18±0.29. Significant differences were observed between groups (ANOVA<0.01). Light microscope observation of the periodontal tissue sections of each group of animals showed that the two compound injection group had more significant tissue absorption remodeling (pressure side) and repair remodeling (tension side) than the injection group. The main reasons for the different effects of the two routes of administration are the presence of the drug, the concentration of the accumulation, and the time of action.
