7月20日,国货航飞行部总经理贺优林携手匈牙利机长Janos共同执飞国货航8747-400全货机,执行北京-浦东的航班任务,这标志着国货航招聘的首批外籍飞行员正式投入航班生产。截至8月底,外籍飞行员已经开始执行国货航重要的中美航线。据了解,与Janos一起加盟国货航的第一批外籍飞行员共4人,他们分别来自匈牙利、委内瑞拉、法国、美国,平均年龄40岁,拥有比较丰富的飞行经验,均通过了局方的相关考试并取得了飞行执照。国货航招聘的第二批6名外籍飞行员已经在9月份进入航线带飞,按照引进计划,第三批外籍飞行员将在年内完成筛选,明年初投入航班运营。今后,国货航还将根据飞机引进计划和航班生产情况,继续招聘外籍飞行员,外籍飞行员将全部服务于B747-400机队。国货航如此快速度和高密度招聘外籍飞行员的举动引起关注,不仅仅是因为执飞国货航全货机的这些飞行员是长着蓝眼睛、身材魁梧的外国人,而是面对全货机和航班、航线的迅速扩张,国货航做出了务实和开放的选择。
