随着市场经济体制不断推进,原有投资体制随之发生极大变化,逐渐形成投资作为主体及多渠道融资的经济发展形势。在这种形势下,建设投资集团应运而生,逐渐成为经济建设体系中的重要成分。作为一种常见金融投资机构,财务管理好坏直接影响着集团的发展,因此怎样做好财务管理是集团探究的重要课题。文章阐述了财务管理的集团管理中的重要意义,从建设投资集团财务管理现状中分析存在的问题,并有针对性提出提高财务管理的对策。
