氯丁二烯(2-氯-1,3-丁二烯)是合成氯丁橡胶的主要单体。接触氯丁二烯的工人中皮肤癌、肺癌有所增高。但也有相反的意见。氯丁二烯可使鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型TA100等的回变率增高。临床和动物实验均表明氯丁二烯可增高染色体畸变率。但未见有氯丁二烯及其中间体诱发姐妹染色单体交换(简称SOE)的报道。现应用
Chloroprene (2-chloro-1,3-butadiene) is the main monomer for the synthesis of neoprene. Workers exposed to chloroprene skin cancer, lung cancer has increased. But there are opposite opinions. Chloroprene can make Salmonella typhimurium-deficient TA100 such as the high rate of change. Both clinical and animal experiments show that chloroprene increases the rate of chromosomal aberrations.
