本文从原材料检验、沥青混合料级配、最佳沥青用量设计以及沥青混合料性能检验等方面详细介绍了内蒙古东北部某一级公路项目上面层AC-16沥青混合料的配合比设计与优化过程。考虑到该地区冬季寒冷且时间较长,适当提高了细集料用量以保证空隙与低温抗裂性能,并且根据空隙率、矿料间隙率以及理论最大相对密度的计算公式推导出了初试最小沥青用量用于配合比设计。
