10月28日，中国人民银行决定上调金融机构存贷款基准利率。这是近十年来的第一次，是大事。虽然上调幅度轻微，但这一步有转折意义。如果只是为了这么一小步，央行似乎用不着酝酿这么久；而既然酝酿了这么久，就令人揣测这只是开始，加息还会继续。
