【目的】探讨土沉香种苗的分级标准。【方法】采用逐步聚类分析方法,以苗高和地径为苗木分级的质量指标,采用欧氏距离法对初始分级结果进行修正。【结果】结合苗木生产实际,提出以苗高、地径作为土沉香种苗的分级指标。制定出土沉香种苗的分级标准为:Ⅰ级苗:苗高≥35.59 cm,地径≥0.56 cm;Ⅱ级苗:21.42 cm≤苗高<35.59 cm,0.45 cm≤地径<0.56 cm;Ⅲ级苗:苗高﹤21.42 cm,地径﹤0.45 cm。【结论】本研究结果可为土沉香药材(国产沉香)专业化、规模化和规范化生产和开发利用提供一定的参考依据。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the grading standards of Agrocybe. 【Method】 The method of stepwise clustering analysis was used to calibrate the initial grading results using the Euclidean distance method with the seedling height and diameter as the quality indexes. 【Result】 According to the actual production of nursery stock, the seedling height and diameter were taken as the grading index of Agkistrodon. The classification standard of the unearthed Agarwood seedlings was as follows: Grade I seedlings: seedling height ≥35.59 cm and diameter ≥0.56 cm; Grade Ⅱ seedlings: 21.42 cm≤level height <35.59 cm, 0.45 cm≤ground diameter <0.56 cm; Miao: seedling height <21.42 cm, diameter <0.45 cm. 【Conclusion】 The results of this study may provide some references for the professionalization, large-scale and standardization of production, development and utilization of Radix Astragali.
