我厂生产的 Z3040×16(Ⅰ)摇钻外柱系铸铁件,如图1所示。外柱上端的冒口部分在外圆粗加工后在 CW61100B 车床上切除掉。过去采用焊接式硬质合金切断刀。由于工件切断部分较厚,刀体悬伸过长,刚性较差,易产生振动,加之内孔铸造偏心,使其加工裕量不均,产生冲击,致使刀刃经常崩损。在无法重新刃磨后就连同刀体一起报废,这样不仅加工效率低,而且造成刀体钢材的浪费。为此,我们设计了机夹可转位反切断刀,
