以荧光光谱技术研究除草剂喹禾灵和精喹禾灵与牛血清白蛋白分子间结合的机制.采用荧光猝灭法,分别计算喹禾灵和精喹禾灵与牛血清白蛋白之间的荧光猝灭常数,并根据热力学参数确定它们与牛血清白蛋白之间的作用力类型.结果显示,喹禾灵和精喹禾灵对牛血清白蛋白的猝灭常数均随反应体系温度的升高而减小,表明两者均是以配合物的形式与白蛋白结合,产生静态猝灭;作用力类型以范德华力为主,且喹禾灵和精喹禾灵之间存在着一定的对映体选择性差异.图3,表2,参14.
