本文用光镜和电镜观察了Wistar 大鼠海马CA3区的微细结构,在该区内看到大锥体细胞、篮细胞、星形胶质细胞、有髓无髓神经纤维和多种突触.锥体细胞的细胞核呈圆形,核膜平滑,偶见双核仁,核周质中有丰富的Golgi 复合体、线粒体、粗面内质网、滑面内质网、核糖体、溶酶体和脂褐素.其顶树突粗而长,伸延到辐射层和腔隙-分子层;基树突细而短,到达起始层,各树突上有许多侧棘.篮细胞为卵圆形或锥状,此锥体细胞小,细胞核不规则,核膜折皱、深陷,有时见到单个核仁和核内棒状小体.其突触结构有轴-树、轴-体、轴-棘和树-树突触,轴-棘突触多为非对称性(Gray Ⅰ型),其他突触为对称性(Gray Ⅱ型)或非对称性.
In this paper, the microstructure of hippocampal CA3 region in Wistar rats was observed by light and electron microscope. Large pyramidal cells, basal cells, astrocytes, myelinated fibers and synapses were observed in this area.
