本文应用当量位置重复度概念,按简单装配和复杂装配对零件进行分类。基于对圆形零件成功装配概率计算,采用积分法,提出了异形零件成功装配概率计算通用方法。
This article applies the concept of equivalent position repeatability to classify parts by simple assembly and complex assembly. Based on the calculation of the successful assembly probability of circular parts, a general method of calculating the probability of successful assembly of shaped parts is proposed by the integral method.
