抽穗后使用乙烯利,可以通过改变禾谷类例如大麦、小麦等作物的籽粒灌浆过程从而提高其产量.本研究旨在评价春大麦花后期(抽穗后1 week)使用乙烯利对籽粒产量的影响。试验于1988年、1989年和1990年在加拿大魁北克的Bearbrook粘土地上进行.选用2个品种Cadette和Leger,3种乙烯利用量(0、240、480g a.i.ha~(-1)).花后期使用乙烯利可使籽粒灌浆期延长1—3d,品种和年度间有差异。在3年中.2品种的千粒重显著增加,但穗数和每穗粒数没有显著变化。Leger(常规品种)花后期用乙烯利籽粒产量增加5%—12%.而Cadette(矮秆品种)的籽粒产量没有显著变化或减产.该结果说明,在北美东部通常的气候条件下,花后使用乙烯利利于促进籽粒灌浆和提高产量潜力。
The use of ethephon after heading increased its grain yield by altering the grain filling process of cereals such as barley and wheat. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of ethephon on grain yield during late spring barley (1 week after heading). The trial was conducted on Bearbrook clay in Quebec, Canada, in 1988, 1989 and 1990. Two varieties of Cadette and Leger were selected for three ethylene utilization levels (0,240 and 480 g aiha -1) Ethephon prolonged the grain filling period by 1-3 days, with differences between varieties and years. In 3 years, the grain weight of 2 cultivars increased significantly, but the number of spikes and grains per spike did not change significantly. Leger (conventional varieties) increased the yield of ethephon by 5% -12% during the later flowering stage while no significant change or decrease of the yield of Cadette (dwarf) was observed, which shows that under the normal climatic conditions of eastern North America, Ethylene is used to promote grain filling and increase yield potential.
