目的探讨早产儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平变化与早产儿体格生长的关系。方法收集2006年2月至2007年2月在我院新生儿中心住院的30例无严重疾病早产儿的临床资料,以放射免疫分析法检测其在不同日龄(生后第1、7、12天)时血清IGF-1水平,分析不同日龄早产儿体重、体质指数(BMI)的变化及与IGF-1水平变化之间的关系。结果生后第1、7、12天早产儿体重分别为(1.89±0.35)、(1.84±0.25)和(2.20±0.26)kg(P<0.01),BMI分别为(10.03±1.04)、(9.35±0.80)和(11.06±0.82)kg/m2(P<0.01),不同检测日两两比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);生后第1、7、12天早产儿血清IGF-1水平分别为(37.76±7.07)、(34.33±8.97)和(50.19±8.38)ng/ml(P<0.01),不同检测日两两比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);血清IGF-1水平、体重及BMI均存在第7天下降、第12天上升(超过第1天)的趋势,且血清IGF-1水平与生后体重及BMI变化呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论早产儿血清IGF-1水平变化与其体重、BMI存在正相关关系。推测IGF-1对早产儿的生长发育有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) level and physical growth in premature infants. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of premature infants without severe illness hospitalized from February 2006 to February 2007 in neonatal center of our hospital were collected and detected by radioimmunoassay at different days of age Day) serum IGF-1 levels, analysis of body weight, body mass index (BMI) in different age groups of preterm infants and IGF-1 levels. Results The body weight of preterm infants on the 1st, 7th and 12th day after birth were (1.89 ± 0.35), (1.84 ± 0.25) and (2.20 ± 0.26) kg (P <0.01) and the BMI were (10.03 ± 1.04) and ± 0.80) and (11.06 ± 0.82) kg / m2 respectively (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference between every two test days (P <0.01) The levels of IGF-1 were (37.76 ± 7.07), (34.33 ± 8.97) and (50.19 ± 8.38) ng / ml, respectively (P <0.01) ). Serum IGF-1 level, body weight and BMI both tended to decrease on the 7th day and rise on the 12th day (beyond the first day), and there was a positive correlation between serum IGF-1 level and body weight and BMI (P < 0.01). Conclusion Serum IGF-1 levels in preterm infants have a positive correlation with body weight and BMI. Speculated IGF-1 on the growth and development of preterm children have a regulatory role.
