目的:探讨中医综合调护干预在改善经皮肾镜碎石术(Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL)患者生命体征的临床应用效果.方法:选取2016年6月～2016年12月我院70例行经皮肾镜碎石术的患者作为本次研究对象,根据抽签方式分成两组.其中,对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予中医综合调护干预措施,对比分析两组患者的生命体征(血压、心率、呼吸、体温、脉搏水平)、MPCNL知识知晓率以及体温情况.结果:护理干预后,观察组患者收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic blood pressure,DBP)以及心率(Heart rate,HR)指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者的呼吸、体温及脉搏水平相比对照组显著更优,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者对于MPCNL护理相关知识知晓率以及体温情况相较对照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:给予经皮肾镜碎石术的患者中医综合调护干预效果较好,能够有效改善患者术后的生命体征,提高护理质量,建议在临床护理中推广应用.“,”Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the vital signs of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy Methods:70cases of patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy from June 2016to December 2016were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of lottery.The patients in the controlled group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention.Compared the vital signs (systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,body temperature,pulse level),MPCNL knowledge awareness and body temperature between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05);The breathing,body temperature and pulse level of the observation group were significantly better than the controlled group (P＜0.05);The body temperature of MPCNL nursing patients was significantly better than that of the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients to give Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention is better,can improve postoperative patient vital signs,improve the quality of care and satisfaction,and significantly reduce the cost of medical care,and worthy of application in clinical care.
