分期将黄瓜枯萎病、霜霉病、炭疽病接种在同一株黄瓜幼苗上,鉴定黄瓜的多抗性。结果表明:复合接种法与单一接种法的结果呈显著正相关,证明了复合接种法的可行性。黄瓜枯萎病用胚根接种法,选用浓度为104个孢子ml或105个孢子ml;黄瓜霜霉病用子叶点滴法接种,选用浓度为104孢子个ml;黄瓜炭疽病用子叶点滴法接种,选用浓度为500个孢子ml,较适合用于复合接种多抗性鉴定。
