建立适合企业发展的胜任力模型能够清晰地表明在某一特定工作中表现优秀者所必备的深层次素质和行为表现,从而为企业人员招聘、培训、绩效考核等人力资源管理功能提供标准依据。文章结合某一具体企业叙述了构建员工胜任力模型的流程及方法,首先划分企业职位序列,其次确定胜任力模型的结构为全员核心胜任力、序列通用胜任力及专业胜任力,并分别介绍各类胜任力适合的提取方法及工具并最终确定胜任力要项,最后对提取出的胜任力要项进行等级评定。
The establishment of competency model suitable for the development of enterprises can clearly show the deep quality and behavior necessary for the outstanding performance in a particular job so as to provide the standard basis for the human resource management functions such as recruitment, training and performance appraisal of enterprise personnel . This paper describes the process and method of constructing employee competency model by combining with a specific enterprise. First, it divides the job posting sequence, and then determines the structure of the competency model as full core competency, serial common competency and professional competency, and respectively introduces Various types of competency extraction methods and tools for the final determination of competencies and key items, and finally extracted the competency to be rated.
