目的：探索检测结核病人血清中结核抗体的新方法。方法：采用结核菌素纯蛋白衍化物（ＰＰＤ）和金标记蛋白探针，根据免疫渗滤原理建立的点免疫金渗滤法（ｄｏｔｉｍｍｕｎｏｇｏｌｄｆｉｌｔｒａｔｉｏｎａｓｓａｙ）。结果：点免疫金渗滤法与ＥＬＩＳＡ法比较，特异性为９３．２％，敏感性为９５．５％，二法符合率为９７．６％。结论：点免疫金渗滤法筛查和诊断结核病具有简便、快速、准确等优点和重要的应用价值。
Objective: To explore a new method for detecting tuberculosis antibodies in the serum of tuberculosis patients. Methods: Dot immunogoldfiltrationassay was established by immunoprecipitation using the tuberculin pure protein derivative (PPD) and gold-labeled protein probe. Results: Compared with ELISA, the specificity of immunogold filtration assay was 93.2%, the sensitivity was 95.5%, and the coincidence rate of two methods was 97.6%. Conclusion: Dot immunogold filtration screening and diagnosis of tuberculosis is simple, rapid, accurate and other advantages and important application value.
