随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和企业改革的不断深化,企业面临着更加规范、更加严格的市场法律环境。企业的法制建设也日显重要。尽快在企业推行公司律师制度,是建立现代企业制度的内在要求,也是提高企业国际竞争力的迫切需要。加强企业法制建设、强化依法治企,对于进一步深化企业改革,整顿和规范市场经济秩序,加快推进我国社会主义法制建设,都将产生重要而深远的影响。
With the continuous improvement of China’s socialist market economic system and the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, enterprises are facing a more regulated and stricter market legal environment.
