员工是企业的重要组成部分,他们的质量决定这一个企业的优胜劣汰,因此企业将绩效作为标准对员工进行考核。绩效不仅与员工的切身利益有着密切的关系,更是企业衡量一个员工的标准。企业都是以盈利为目的的企业,所以在评价一个员工时,绩效考核成了一个重要的衡量标准,如何更好的应用绩效管理来推动企业的健康发展对企业具有重要意义。
Employees are an important part of the business and their quality determines the survival of the fittest in this business. Therefore, the company evaluates the employees as a standard of performance. Performance is not only closely related to the immediate interests of employees, but also a measure of a company’s business standards.
