目的分析腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期局限性前列腺癌的疗效。方法选择2014年3月-2016年3月期间吉林市北华大学附属医院泌尿外科收治的早期局限性前列腺癌患者,共计78例纳入研究范畴。随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用开放性耻骨后前列腺癌根治术,观察组采用腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术所需时间和出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者的引流时间、拔除尿管时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.56%低于对照组的17.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗早期局限性前列腺癌,选用腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术,疗效显著,可缩短手术所需时间、引流时间、拔除尿管时间,减少患者术中出血量,降低患者术后并发症发生率。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for early localized prostate cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with early-stage localized prostate cancer who were admitted to Department of Urology, Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University, Jilin University from March 2014 to March 2016 were included in the study. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated by open retropubic prostatectomy. The observation group was treated by laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results The operation time and bleeding volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the drainage time and catheter removal time in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.56% lower than that in the control group (17.95%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of early localized prostate cancer, the choice of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, the curative effect is significant, can shorten the time required for surgery, drainage time, removal of the catheter time, reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
