15.《若干规定》明确了国有企业领导人员不得有哪些以权谋私、损害企业利益的行为?答:为了减少国有企业腐败现象的发生,使国有企业领导人员忠实履行职责,《若干规定》第五条明确规定了国有企业领导人员不得以权谋私、损害企业利益的八项行为:(一)私自从事营利性经营活动,或者在本企业的同类经营企业、关联企业和与本企业有业务关系的企业从事证券投资以外的投资入股;
