我局在承建一隧洞施工中采用了日本古河JTH3RS-135型全液压三臂凿岩台车,在使用过程中经常发生卡钎、断钎的故障,严重影响工程的进度。检查发现,机上的凿岩清洗水的水压不够,流量也不足。由于该台车已使用多年,水泵的叶轮已磨损,因其内漏严重而导致供水的压力和流量不能满足工作的需求。为此,决定进行国产化改造。
