在社会经济迅速发展的今天,各行各业都得到了较大的发展,其中煤矿产业作为社会发展能源的供给者之一,其经济情况也越来越好。在这样的条件下,煤矿企业就需要加大自身建设,努力提高行业的生产能力,适应社会的发展要求。要进行煤矿企业自身建设,加大煤矿企业政工人员素质是非常重要的一方面。本文首先提出要将煤矿企业政工人员素质培养到何种程度才能促进企业发展的问题,其次提出了当今形势下我国煤矿企业政工人员素质培养存在的问题,最后对提高煤矿企业政工人员素质的培养问题提出意见和建议,给煤矿企业政工人员素质的培养提供借鉴意见。
In today’s rapid social and economic development, all walks of life have been greatly developed, of which the coal mining industry as one of the social development of energy suppliers, its economic situation is getting better and better. Under such conditions, the coal mining enterprises need to increase their own building, strive to improve the production capacity of the industry and meet the requirements of social development. To carry out self-construction coal enterprises, increase the quality of political workers in coal mining enterprises is a very important aspect. This paper firstly put forward how to raise the quality of political workers in coal mine enterprises to promote the development of enterprises, and secondly puts forward the problems existing in the cultivation of the quality of political workers in our country’s coal mining enterprises under the current situation.
