目的:探讨工作环境中的噪声对工人听力的影响。方法:对某水泥厂290名工人进行纯音听阈测试,将听力损失及其与工龄、工种、性别等关系分别进行统计学分析。结果:听力损失共计175人,占受检人数的60.3%。听力损失随工龄增加和年龄增大而升高,不同工龄、年龄组间听力损失比较有统计学意义,不同工种间听力损失比较也有统计学意义。结论:接触噪声时间的延长及高分贝的暴露,会加大听力损伤发生的危险性。
Objectives: To investigate the impact of work environment noise on workers’ hearing. Methods: A pure tone audiometry test was performed on 290 workers in a cement factory to make a statistical analysis of the hearing loss and its relationship with the length of service, type of work and gender. Results: A total of 175 hearing loss, accounting for 60.3% of the number of subjects. Hearing loss increased with increasing seniority and age, hearing loss in different age and age groups was statistically significant, hearing loss between different types of work also had statistical significance. Conclusion: The prolonged exposure to noise and the high DBP exposure increase the risk of hearing loss.
