一、设计原理要使省柴灶达到肯柴省时,必须做到:①使燃料燃烧完全,即让燃料的化学能充分转化为热能。②传热效果好,即有效利用热值大,散失少。③余热能保存和充分利用,尽可能减少余热及其他散热损失。为此进行灶型设计之前,必须了解燃料燃烧的条件,传热知识及通风原理等。燃烧条件燃烧与可燃物质、温度、空气量有关。可燃物质不同,组成的成分不同,则发热量不一样。它燃烧所需的着火温度,空气量也不同。燃料要在灶中燃烧,必须使灶瞠达到并保持所要求的温度(见表1)。
