通过除氧试验、腐蚀试验和电化学试验,研究了抗坏血酸在亚硫酸盐防腐蚀中的作用。结果表明,抗坏血酸使亚硫酸盐几乎失去了除氧作用,却提高了亚硫酸盐在含氧水中对标准钢试件的防腐蚀性能,使钢的自腐蚀电位更剧烈负移并使阴极极化增加。试验结果用公认的除氧机理无法解释,但为外加还原性气氛机理提供了有力证据,同时为增强亚硫酸盐的防腐蚀效果和解决其贮存失效问题提供了可行的方法。
The effects of ascorbic acid on sulfite corrosion resistance were studied by oxygen scavenging test, corrosion test and electrochemical test. The results showed that ascorbic acid almost lost the oxygen scavenging effect to sulfite, but increased the corrosion resistance of sulfite to standard steel in oxygenated water. The corrosion potential of steel was more negatively shifted and the cathodic polarization increase. The test results, which are not explained by the accepted mechanism of oxygen scavenging, provide strong evidence for the mechanism of reducing atmosphere and provide a feasible method for enhancing the anti-corrosion effect of sulfite and solving the problem of storage failure.
