随着房地产业的升温,镇江新建小区增多,电费收缴面临多重压力。本文基于镇江电费收缴工作的信息化、服务人性化和缴费方式多样化的现状,针对当前镇江电费收缴中面临的挑战,提出了在信息化时代,对新建小区电费收缴工作开展的建议:一是进一步提升新建小区电费收缴服务质量,确保回收率;二是针对新建小区人群特点,针对性地推广电费收缴方式;三是加强员工培训,提升信息化电费核算效率。
With the warming of the real estate industry, Zhenjiang new district increased, the collection of electricity is faced with multiple pressures. Based on the informationization, service humanization and diversification of payment methods in Zhenjiang electricity tariff collection work, this paper presents the suggestions for the collection of electricity fee in new district in the information age in view of the current challenges of electricity collection in Zhenjiang. Further improve the service quality of newly-built residential electricity collection and ensure the recovery rate; secondly, focus on the features of the newly-built residential areas and promote the collection method of electricity charges in a targeted manner; thirdly, enhance staff training to enhance the efficiency of informationized electricity charges.
