现代铝电解槽电解质的成分中含有冰晶石、氧化铝和氟化铝。为了改善电解质的物理——化学性质(密度、粘度、导电率、表面特性)和电流效率,从而提高电解槽的工作效率,住电解质中加入了各种盐类添加剂。已经有了关于某些盐类添加剂对冰晶石——氧化铝熔体物理——化学性质影响的报导。但是,都还没有充分地研究过添加剂,例如CaF_2,MgF~(1)),NaCl,BaCl_2,LiF和BeF_2~(2))等对电解质导电率的影响。
The composition of modern aluminum cell electrolytes contains cryolite, alumina and aluminum fluoride. In order to improve the electrolyte physical-chemical properties (density, viscosity, conductivity, surface properties) and current efficiency, thereby enhancing the working efficiency of the electrolyzer, electrolytes added to a variety of salt additives. There have been reports of the effect of some salt additives on the physico-chemical properties of cryolite-alumina melts. However, the influence of additives, such as CaF 2, MgF 1, NaCl, BaCl 2, LiF and BeF 2 2, on the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte has not been sufficiently studied.
