随着经济的发展和经济全球化速度加快,企业跨国经营已经成为一种全球化趋势。现如今中国的综合国力日益加强,经济实力渐长,在经济全球化的背景之下,越来越多的中国企业想要走出国门,站在世界的市场之中。旅游业作为一种充满生机的新兴产业,在国民经济中占据了越来越重要的地位,作为旅游六要素之一的酒店业也在蓬勃发展。锦江国际酒店集团是中国规模最大的综合性旅游企业集团之一,进行跨国经营是其向国际发展的必要步骤。本文分为六大部分对锦江国际酒店集团跨国经营进行阐述:第一部分,讲跨国经营的概念;第二部分,从中国酒店的发展现状和跨国经营的必要性来阐述跨国经营的原因;第三部分,主要讲锦江国际酒店集团的发展现状及未来发展趋势;第四部分,分析锦江集团跨国经营需要具备的能力;第五部分,分析跨国经营需要选择的战略;第六部分,为结论部分。
With the economic development and the acceleration of economic globalization, the transnational operation of enterprises has become a global trend. Now that China’s overall national strength is growing stronger and its economic strength is getting longer, under the background of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises want to go abroad and stand in the world market. As a new and vigorous emerging industry, tourism occupies an increasingly important position in the national economy. The hotel industry, one of the six major elements of tourism, is also booming. Jinjiang International Hotel Group is one of the largest comprehensive tourism enterprise groups in China. To carry out transnational management is a necessary step toward its international development. This article is divided into six parts to explain the multinational operation of Jin Jiang International Hotels Group: the first part is about the concept of transnational operation; the second part is to explain the reason of transnational operation from the development status of hotel in China and the necessity of transnational operation; In part, it mainly focuses on the current situation and future development trend of Jin Jiang International Hotels Group. The fourth part analyzes the capability Jinjiang Group needs for its transnational management. The fifth part analyzes the strategy that multinational management needs to choose. The sixth part is the conclusion part.
