本文选用兔作实验动物取其爪甲作自体移植材料埋置于背部皮下,观察了10周内的组织病理变化,并以指甲作睑板替代材料行睑板再造术应用于临床。结果显示兔自体爪甲理置于组织内炎症反应轻,不产生异物排斥反应,爪甲周围形成致密的纤维组织包裹囊并有纤维组织生长久爪甲钻孔内。临床指甲再造睑板无移位、脱出,外观满意。文中还介绍了实验及手术方法,分析讨论了指甲作睑板替代材料的特性。
In this paper, rabbits were used as experimental animals to take their claw nail for autograft embedded in the back of the skin subcutaneous, observed within 10 weeks of histopathological changes and nail as a substitute for tarsal plate material tarsal plate reconstruction in clinical application. The results showed that the rabbits’ autologous claw nail placed in the tissue inflammatory reaction light, no foreign body rejection reaction, claw formation of dense fibrous tissue surrounding the capsule and fibrous tissue growth long claw a hole. Clinical nail reconstruction tarsus no shift, prolapse, the appearance of satisfaction. The article also introduced the experimental and surgical methods, analysis and discussion of the nails as a material alternative to the tarsus.
