2020年,新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,全球产业体系受到剧烈冲击,国际经济、金融与贸易流动一度双向中断,疫情叠加贸易保护主义加剧国际贸易下行压力.面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情和复杂严峻的国内外形势,我国有效控制疫情和出台系列稳外贸措施,经济运行逐步恢复常态,并实现逆势全年正增长,GDP增长2.3％,成为全球唯一正增长的主要经济体,带动了我国港口生产复苏向好发展.2020年我国港口主要生产指标呈现“先降后升”态势.
