目的对某制药厂无菌药品车间新建设项目进行职业病危害预评价,为控制和消除职业病危害提供依据。方法 2013—2014年采用类比、半定量风险评估和检查表法对新建项目可能存在的职业病危害因素进行定性、定量分析。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有乙酸、二氯甲烷、粉尘、噪声、高温。类比项目职业病危害因素检测结果显示粉尘和噪声检测结果合格率均为100%;高温超出国家职业卫生标准;化学物质的的半定量风险评估显示乙酸风险为2级(低风险),二氯甲烷为3级(属中等风险)。结论该项目职业病危害一般,实施可行。
OBJECTIVE To pre-evaluate the occupational hazards of newly constructed projects of aseptic drug workshop in a pharmaceutical factory to provide basis for controlling and eliminating the hazards of occupational diseases. Methods The risk factors of occupational diseases in new construction projects were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by analogy, semi-quantitative risk assessment and checklist methods during 2013-2014. Results The main occupational hazards that exist in this project are acetic acid, methylene chloride, dust, noise and high temperature. The test results of occupational hazards in the analogous items showed that the passing rates of dust and noise were all 100%; the high temperature exceeded the national occupational health standards; the semi-quantitative risk assessment of chemical substances showed that the risk of acetic acid was 2 (low risk), methylene chloride was Level 3 (medium risk). Conclusion The project occupational hazards in general, the implementation of feasible.
