For more than 30 years, the reforms concerning the mode of operation of state-owned enterprises, the internal control mechanism and the division of interests have never stopped. Large-scale reforms have gone through four stages since 1984. However, up to now, there are still some prominent contradictions and problems to be solved urgently in the state-owned enterprise reform. We must solve this problem through deepening the reform in order to cope with the drastic international competition and the enormous challenge of transformation and upgrading.
